The Fall River Valley Fire District is the result of the merging of the Fall River Mills Fire Protection District and McArthur Fire Protection District in 2021.
The District protects 54,505 acres in Shasta and Lassen counties and serves the communities of Fall River Mills, McArthur, Pittville, Glenburn, Dana, & Day. In addition to providing mutual aid to our neighboring districts including portions of Modoc, Lassen, and Shasta counties.
Mission Statement:
The mission of the Fall River Valley Fire Protection District is to provide protection of life, property, and the environment from the effects of fires, medical emergencies, and hazards. We engage the community in our mission through progressive community outreach. We will maintain a constant state of readiness to respond to all requests for services through training, maintenance of equipment, and a desire to serve our community.
