• Plot Plan Intake & Review
  • Fee $100

  New Construction plan or Remodel Work Plan, Intake & Review

  • Fee $100
  • Description: For Wildland Urban Interface (WUI) compliance.
  • On-site Inspections: Required based on project scope (e.g., Foundation, Framing, Pre-Final, & Final).
  • Inspection Fees: $100/ HR with a 1- Hour minimum.
  • Note: Required inspections will be determined during the plan review process.
  • The District provides 2 plan reviews in the standard review fee. Any additional plan reviews (such as a 3^rd submission and beyond) will be charged an additional $100 for every additional 2 plan reviews
  • Plan Changes, additions, revisions, or incomplete plans, will incur an additional $100 fee.

  Residential Fire Sprinkler System Plan Intake & Review

  • Fee: $100
  • Description: For residential fire sprinkler system submissions.
  • On-site Inspections: Required (e.g., Rough-in/Flow test verification, Final Inspection).
  • Inspection Fees: $100/ HR with a 1- hour minimum.
  • Note: Inspections may be combined with WUI compliance inspections to reduce fees; otherwise, each inspection will be billed separately.

  Other Inspections

  • Fee: $100/ HR with a 1 hour minimum.
  • Description: For Defensible Space, Life/Safety Inspections, Re-inspections, and any other inspections and or permits not specified above.

  Payment Terms:

  All fees are due after plan review.
